Our customer service and support organization is comprised of experienced application scientists and engineers dedicated to ensuring your customer satisfaction, from installation and extensive end-user training programs to ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting support.
Our team is on call to assist you in maximizing the utility and capacity of Nanostream products.
- Prior to installation: We work with you in advance of your install date, ensuring that your lab is prepared for setup and success.
- Initial set-up and training: We provide onsite installation by one of our customer support specialists. You and your staff will receive extensive on-site training sessions. You will receive comprehensive manuals and documentation. We do not consider the install complete until you have successfully run a sample project on the Veloce system.
- Post-installation support: Your customer support specialist will provide 24/7 telephone and email technical and application support as well as follow-up site visits and Web conferencing.
