Nanostream's core micro parallel liquid chromatography technology includes 24 individual UV absorbance detectors, which enable simultaneous, real-time detection for 24 samples. The 24 detectors offer single wavelength detection (200 nm - 350 nm wavelength range) in three filters (214, 254 and 280 nm) and two additional slots are also available.
Added sensitivity and selectivity with fluorescence.
Fluorescence detection add-on increases the sensitivity and selectivity of µPLC and enables detection for separation-based assays.
