Sara D. Petty
Director of Human Resources
Sara Petty brings her expertise in managing employee relations and operations to her role as Director of Human Resources at Nanostream. Ms. Petty oversees all facets of human resources including recruiting, compensation, benefits and employee relations. In addition, she manages the company’s administrative functions. During her tenure at Nanostream, Ms. Petty established the HR organization and worked with the management team to define company culture, develop policies and procedures and manage growth in a dynamic environment. Prior to joining Nanostream in 2000 Ms. Petty held administrative roles of increasing responsibility at Mayer, Brown, Row & Mae, a Los Angeles-based law firm, Knight Architects, an architectural firm in Chicago, IL, and Foote Cone & Belding, a Chicago-based advertising agency. Ms. Petty received a BFA from Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
