“Validating Multi-channel, Micro Parallel LC Methods for Quality
Control Laboratories ”

High-throughput technologies used in drug discovery and rapid screening
laboratories offer quantum improvements in terms of speed and throughput
when compared with traditional analytical HPLC methods. Due to their perceived
lack of precision, however, there was very little hope of applying these
technologies for routine use in a pharmaceutical quality control laboratory
because of the rigorous validation criteria required. In this tutorial,
we will discuss test case data acquired on a Nanostream CL System, a 24-column
micro parallel LC system, demonstrating that the method performance criteria
accepted by the pharmaceutical community and regulatory agencies can be
obtained.
