Protein Degradation
You can conduct high-throughput determination of protein degradation.
In the engineering, formulation and storage of biopharmaceutical products, it is necessary for you to determine the extent of protein degradation on a routine basis. Typically, large numbers of candidate formulations and storage conditions should be tested. However, the number of candidates is usually limited by the low throughput of traditional HPLC systems.
Using the Nanostream CL System, you can evaluate up to 24-fold more formulations for protein degradation. In addition, you can achieve simultaneous analysis of multiple samples under identical gradient conditions.
